EVENT TYPES
An event venue for every business event
Congresses and seminars
The Big Room in Leuven seats up to 375 people in theatre style. A screen and beamer, a professional sound and lighting system and extra breakout rooms are available on site.
Networking receptions
Welcome up to 400 guests for a networking reception in the Big Room in Leuven, up to 200 in the Small Room, or up to 250 in Village in Brussels.
Company dinners
Seat up to 275 guests for dinner in the Big Room or up to 120 in the Small Room. A fully equipped kitchen and bar are on site, with catering tailored to your event.
Product launches
Present a new product or your company plans in a multifunctional event room with professional audiovisual equipment, projection via screen and beamer and a professional sound and lighting system.
Company parties
Celebrate with your team in the Event Garden in Leuven, for up to 750 people. In Brussels, Village hosts dinners, receptions and parties for up to 250 people.
Hybrid events
Our event rooms are equipped for live, digital and hybrid events, with clear sound, sharp visuals and smooth technical support on the day itself.
